Pathways Guides and Ambassadors

The Toastmasters Pathways learning experience will be available to our District soon! It’s an exciting time for your club. To support your club during this process, I am pleased to introduce you to your Pathways Guides, who will partner with the Ambassadors to help your club prepare for this exciting experience. Please click the attached link for the names of your Pathways Guide and Ambassador.

Pathways Guides will contact each club soon to schedule time to visit your club to introduce Pathways. During the visit, club members will have the opportunity to ask questions and practice logging into the Toastmasters International website. Additionally, the Pathways Guide will provide your club with a rollout kit.

For continued support, your Pathways Guide and Ambassador are available following the visit to answer any questions and help club members achieve success in Pathways.

Here are some tips to prepare you for the club visit with your Pathways Guide and topics to cover during your call:
Plan to dedicate one entire club meeting to present on Pathways. Consider the date that works best for you.
Make yourself and other club officers available to meet with your Pathways Guide after the presentation to debrief.
Ensure you have a laptop or tablet device available for your Pathways Guide to use during the visit. If a device is not available, notify your Pathways Guide so they are able to bring one with them.
Share any special circumstances of your club or meeting space (e.g. print-only club, virtual club, no technology available, no internet access available).
Share if there are any challenges getting to your club meeting (e.g. security clearance, gate access, etc.).

Thank you in advance for all that you will do to make the transition to Pathways a success. I look forward to sharing this amazing experience with you.
