How do you feel about achieving so much?

I feel it’s part of my role as the President of our club to set an example on making the most of Pathways and contributing to the club by making regular speeches that others might learn from.

What is your secret to winning the award?

I’m not sure there is a secret, but many of the levels gave me an opportunity to share experiences that I’ve had in my professional and personal life and I enjoyed doing that.

I’d strongly recommend Pathways to others because writing the speech gives an opportunity to reflect on things that you’ve done and consider – perhaps for the first time – what you can learn from it. I’ve found this really valuable.

What is your next challenge?

I want to contribute to increasing the membership of our club. I think all members have a part to play in that. Our aim must be to end the year with at least 20 members and be a Distinguished club.
