Toastmasters District 91 Incentives Program

The 2025-26 Incentives Program includes many different awards to recognise achievements by clubs and members.

Awards cover a wide range of areas of success from renewing a full set of members to chartering a new club. Read through the list below to see which areas of success you can target this year.

We’re also launching a new programme of quarterly awards and for the first time there’s a tiered league table leaderboard based on club size, to help different sized clubs to achieve growth and development goals. See below for the quarterly results.

The Smedley Award, Talk Up Toastmasters and Beat the Clock

These three awards are issued by Toastmasters International based on membership subscriptions added by clubs to the TMI website. Clubs are assessed by TMI and winning clubs will be revealed online within a few weeks of the submission deadline. Winning clubs should allow up to 21 business days for delivery of awards.

Once the results are finalized, Toastmasters International will contact all recipients of the Smedley Award, Talk Up Toastmasters and Beat the Clock Award and send them their recognition items by mail.  You can see the winners by clicking the buttons below.

The discount code expires six months from the date of issue and is not valid with any other offer. When the Club Officers receive their congratulatory email for the accomplishment, they will have the option to request a ribbon. The recipient of the ribbon will be the Club Officer who confirms the request to receive the ribbon with their address details.
