20+80 Challenge

One for all, all for one

The 80-20 challenge runs twice during the 2021-2022 programme year (September and March)

If at least 80% of your existing members renew their membership on or before the 30th September 2021 deadline, and your club has 20 or more members, we’ll award £50 to the first 16 clubs in District 91 who meet the criteria.

New members joining on 1st October 2021 will not be included in the retention or the membership calculation.

The Club Growth Director will notify the winners by email in October 2021.

A second 80-20 challenge round will be run in March 2022.

If at least 80% of your existing members renew their membership on or before the 31st March 2022 deadline, and your club has 20 or more members, we’ll award £50 to the first 25 clubs in District 91 who meet the criteria.

New members who join on 1st April won’t be included in the retention or the membership calculation.

The Club Growth Director will notify the winners by email in April 2022.

The Treasurer of winning clubs will have a month from the date of the email notification to submit an expense claim (using Concur) for something that benefits the club and its members (guidelines apply). For example, you can buy official Toastmaster supplies for your club or hold a Pizza Party and we’ll refund up to £50.00.
