There are supporting documents for the meeting that have been circulated to you on prior email relating to the District Council which I request that you review prior to the meeting:
- Audit Committee Report and Year End Report for 2013-14 (D71)
- Proposed motions for the Council Meeting
Please could you prepare 2 minute updates for your Area/Division covering your key successes and challenges in relation to the District Success Plan and Distinguished Plan (i.e. member growth, new clubs, struggling clubs and distinguished clubs)
The Treasurer’s report on Q1 2014-15 for D91 will be available at the meeting.
In addition, I’m pleased to announce that Past Division B Governor Paul Walsh will chair the District Realignment Committee with immediate effect. Paul cannot be at the Conference, however we will review the outline plan for the Realignment process during the DEC meeting.
