What experience do you have in strategic planning?

Aligning Team members to a single goal.
Made sure that all Division /Area Directors focus on the same goal.
Member Retention, Educational Sessions.
Ensured that Planning and Execution of a project went hand in hand.

What experience do you have in the area of finance?

Been part of of the trio in D92 as CGD.
Managed the budget and awards and recognition for members.

What experience do you have in developing procedures?

I have a fair knowledge of developing procedures.

What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?

Commit when you can execute else do not.

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?

Been a mentor to many Toastmasters for years. I would like to offer my services to the District by helping the District grow in terms of member retention and adding clubs.

In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?

Membership Retention – arrange for seasoned Toastmasters to take educational sessions.
Ensuring that each club effectively fulfills its responsibilities to its members. Help create a strong succession planning.
Providing effective training and leadership development opportunities for club and district officers. Education sessions by seasoned Toastmasters.
