Facilitator- trainer of public speaking workshops and courses Leadership and Communication Coach, digital marketer. These skills and experience relate to the essence of Toastmasters because they are crucial for leadership, public speaking and communication.

What experience do you have in strategic planning?

I have experience developing action plans for marketing campaigns and coaching programmes.

What experience do you have in the area of finance?

I have some knowledge of finances and bookkeeping but no work experience.

What experience do you have in developing procedures?

Setting up a process to achieve or accomplish a project, personal or professional. Fundamentally, Situation analysis, objectives, strategy, actions, tactics, and measuring results.

What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?

Team building, collaboration, motivation, and writing to persuade, motivate, organise and deliver a project to achieve the intended results.

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?

To improve my communication and leadership skills.
