The Toastmasters has provided me with confidence and motivations to grab opportunities to grow personally and professionally. I completely identify with the Toastmasters mission and I see this as opportunity for me to give back to Toastmasters and personally grow in leadership position.
In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
As a Division Director, I am dedicated to advancing the mission of Toastmasters by fostering personal and professional growth through enhanced public speaking and communication skills. Recognizing the pivotal role that clubs play in achieving these objectives, I am committed to identifying and addressing any gaps that may hinder their effectiveness.
My experience equips me to provide robust support to club officers, empowering them to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. I am passionate about extending Toastmasters’ reach beyond its immediate scope, thereby cultivating greater demand for our support and services.
To achieve these aims, I will work diligently to establish a robust support system for clubs within my division. By facilitating enhanced communication between district officers and club officers through initiatives such as Club Officer Trainings (CoT), contests, and public relations outreach programs, I aim to foster a thriving Toastmasters community that continually attracts new members and promotes the organization’s mission on a broader scale
