I now run my own business, so have to constantly use strategic planning to develop and grow it. I also support my own club and area K3 at the moment with its success using strategic planning.

Toastmasters has genuinely changed my life with confidence building a s well as communication and leadership skills. It is a challenging journey that never stops. I want to be able to give back and support an organisation that has support me. I want to put the skills I have learnt at Toastmasters to helping other people and clubs grow and succeed.

In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?

I think the main objectives are to reach the target of 5000 unique active members, to grow the number of clubs within the district and to support more clubs to achieve distinguished status.
