Club Mentor x 7
- Support a new Toastmasters Club put the right infrastructure in to ensure they have the best start to life.
- Mentor specific members of the club’s committee in their roles.
- Educate the club members about the Distinguished Club Program.
- Be able to teach about the running of a club and wider Toastmasters community and opportunities.
2 mentors are needed for our first NHS club.
- Candidates should be available on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at lunchtimes.
- Commitment until March 2022 – ideally to end June 2022.
1 mentor is needed for a community club due to charter this year (fully online).
- Commitment until February 2022 – ideally until June 2022
2 mentors are needed for a community club.
- This is for the club in Kent expected to charter this year.
- Remote mentoring can be discussed, however preference will be given to candidates who can support the club through in-person visits on Monday evenings.
- Commitment until March 2022, subject to date of club charter, ideally until end June 2022.
2 mentors are needed for a community club.
- This is for an advanced online club due to charter this year.
- The ideal candidates will have a good understanding of running an advanced club over a brand new Toastmasters club or have the transferable skills from running a business unit outside of Toastmasters.
- A sound understanding of the Toastmasters education program, in particular Level 3+ in Pathways would be highly advantageous.
- This club will meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursday every month.

Club Coach x 5
- To support clubs in building rapport with members, and rebuilding club membership.
- Responsibilities include working with Club leaders to develop a Club Success Plan and restoring club quality.
- Opportunity to learn a wealth of leadership skills.
1 coach is needed for a club in an educational institution:
- Candidates must be available on Thursday evenings.
- Commitment until the end of 2022.
- Candidates will be required to support the new committee in rebuilding their club and reviewing their current structure.
3 coaches are needed for Corporate Clubs.
1 coach is needed for a Community Club.

Webinar Coordinator
- Zoom mastering Sunday night webinar series on agreed dates with Webinar Manager.
- Assistance running the November Corporate COT sprint.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities within the PQD team such as webinar promotion and coordination.

Trainers Bureau Committee member x 2
- Review the requirements for the trainers for this program year.
- Work with the Trainers Bureau Manager and Program Quality Director to promote the bureau.
- Work with the Trainers Bureau Manager to vet and administer trainers for the bureau.
Time committed is expected to be 1-2 hours per month, largely in the form of a working meeting. Please contact Program Quality Director to find out more.
Program Quality Team administrator

- Would you like to discover some of the educational opportunities outside of the club?
- This role would report directly into the Program Quality Director to help keep the administrative side of our team on track and bring it all together.

Club Retention Team Member x 3
- Work with the Club Growth Director and Club Retention Chair to identify potential club coaches; pre-screen and train candidates for the role.
- During the year, work with the team to support appointed club coaches.
- Must be able and willing to handle tough conversations.
This is for the 2021-2022 program year, however interested parties are welcome to get involved now and shadow the current team. Formal appointments will be made by the incoming Club Growth Director/Club Retention Chair/District Director as required.

New Club Research x 2
- Initial project duration 4-6 weeks working on a project for the Club Growth Director.
- Responsibilities include research (base data will be shared), presenting findings etc.
- There is an opportunity for the role to be extended to take on other duties or end here to pass on the next phase to someone else.
1 person to support the club growth team build our pipeline for future corporate programs.
